A disaster can occur anytime, anyplace and to anyone.  Whether it is natural or man-made, people need to be prepared for a disaster.  The City of Selma realizes this and is dedicated to being prepared for a disaster and it's effects on it's citizens.

September is National Preparedness Month! Get prepared by clicking HERE.

The City of Selma is currently updating the Emergency Management Plan in case of a large emergency or disaster.  After the plan is complete, the City employees will practice executing the plan and make any needed adjustments.
