 The
goal of the “Hall of Fame”
is to recognize those who,
over an extended period of
time, have achieved success
in an area of athletics.
Hall of Fame
Selection Criteria
· High
achievement in recognized athletic
related fields: Which include, but not
limited to, athlete, umpire/official,
coach, journalist, league official
and/or representative, etc…
·
Extraordinary success and/or
contribution locally, state, nationally
or worldwide.
·
Selection will be based upon on such
things as leadership, character,
integrity, success and accomplishment.
Hall
of Fame Induction Criteria
· Inductee
must have lived, gone to school or
represented Selma.
· A
minimum of three inductees and a maximum
of five inductees will be inducted into
the “Hall of Fame” annually.
· “Hall
of Fame: inductees will be honored at
the Annual Banquet.
Nomination Process
To
nominate for possible induction into the
“Hall of Fame,” please fill out the
nomination form completely. Either mail
it to Selma Recreation and Community
Services, 1710 Tucker Street, Selma, CA
93662 or fax to (559) 891-7787. Attn:
Hall of Fame Nomination Review
Committee.
