ADU Preapproved Plans

Welcome to the pre-approved Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Program. This program encourages using the pre-approved ADU plans to help expedite the process of issuing permits for ADUs.

Pre-approved ADU Plans that include floor plans and elevations are provided below:

• 375 square feet (1 bedroom Studio)
• 550 square feet (1 bedroom, 1 bathroom)
• 743 square feet (2 bedroom, 1 bathroom)
• 908 square feet (2 bedroom, 1 bathroom)

Interested parties should browse the plans that fits their needs best. Although plans are pre-approved, there is still a need to submit a Building permit application, Truss Calculations, CCR Energy Analysis (TITLE 24), and a site-specific site plan/plot plan for verification of placement on the lot.
