Due to an accident earlier this morning, the traffic signals at Whitson Avenue & 2nd Street are currently operating in flash mode. 

Please approach the intersection with caution and treat it as a four-way stop.  City crews are actively assessing the damage and working to restore full signal function as quickly as possible.
