Fresno County Invites Selma Residents to Share Input on Road Safety

The Fresno County Department of Public Works and Planning is inviting residents to take part in a Virtual Community Workshop on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, from 5:30 to 6:30 PM. During the meeting, participants can share ideas and local insights to help shape the County’s new comprehensive safety action plan. See full flyer here!

The plan focuses on reducing traffic fatalities and serious injuries by:

  • Analyzing crash data and trends
  • Identifying high-risk locations
  • Developing targeted safety improvements
  • Creating regional safety solutions

Spanish translation will be available during the workshop.

Residents are encouraged to register online at http://bit.ly/4h8ssvW. After registering, a Zoom link will be provided to join the session.

Those unable to attend can still share feedback by completing a short 3–5 minute survey available on the Fresno County Safe Streets and Roads for All webpage: http://bit.ly/46vwsTr.

For questions, contact Sandra Huerta at the Fresno County Department of Public Works and Planning at [email protected] or (559) 767-1607.
