Rogers brings nearly a decade of experience as Public Works Director for the City of Chowchilla, where he managed infrastructure improvements, capital projects, and public service operations. He has built a career in local government focused on planning, leadership, and community development, combining technical expertise with a people-centered approach to city management.

Throughout the selection process, Rogers stood out for his commitment to public service and his belief that effective leadership begins with listening and collaboration. He shared that public service is a commitment not just of one person but of an entire family, and he looks forward to working closely with the City Council, staff, and residents to continue building on Selma’s strengths and opportunities.
