Notice of Public Hearing: CFD No. 2006-01 (Zone B) Annexation – Tract 6244

At the hearing, the City Council will hear testimony from all interested persons regarding the proposed annexation and the potential levying of special taxes within the territory, as provided under the Mello-Roos Community Facilities Act of 1982.

Copies of the boundary map, rate and method of apportionment of the special tax, and the Resolution of Intention are available for review in the Office of the City Clerk.
