Planning Commission Vacancy


The City of Selma is now accepting applications to fill one vacancy on the Planning Commission. This is a volunteer position for a community member interested in helping guide Selma’s future.

What does the Planning Commission do? Planning Commissioners help shape Selma’s present and future land use policies. They may also review matters related to traffic and street issues.

Commission details:

  • Seven-member commission
  • Meets the fourth Monday of each month
  • 6:00 p.m. at Selma City Hall

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must live within Selma city limits
