Notice of Petition Council Hearing


The City of Selma has received a formal petition from the McCall Village Residents’ Organization regarding a rent increase notice issued to residents of the McCall Village Mobile Home Park. In accordance with the City’s Mobile Home Rent Stabilization Ordinance, the City Council will hold a petition hearing to allow both parties the opportunity to present information related to the proposed rent increase.

Time: 6:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard

Petition of the McCall Village Residents’ Organization objecting to the McCall Village rent increase notice. The City Council will review information presented at the hearing and issue a final decision in accordance with applicable regulations. All relevant materials related to this matter are available for review at the Community Development Department at City Hall.

Public Participation
The hearing will occur during a public meeting. Members of the public may attend the meeting and observe the hearing. The purpose of the hearing is to allow the two (2) parties the opportunity to present their differences concerning the proposed rent increase and settle them in a final manner.
