City of Selma Seeking Qualifications for On-Call Grant Writing and Procurement Services

The City of Selma is inviting qualified consulting firms and individuals to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) to provide on-call grant writing and procurement services in support of City projects and programs.

The selected consultant(s) will work alongside City staff to identify funding opportunities, prepare competitive grant applications, monitor legislative and funding changes, and assist with grant reporting and management. The goal is to strengthen the City's ability to secure outside funding for infrastructure improvements, public safety, parks, community programs, and other priority initiatives.

The City may establish an on-call list of up to three qualified firms to provide services on an as-needed basis across multiple departments.
