Selma Animal Services to Offer 100 Free Microchips on August 22

Make pet safety part of your summer plans. Selma Animal Services will host a free microchip clinic on Saturday, August 22, with 100 free microchips available on a first-come, first-served basis.

A microchip provides permanent identification and can help reunite you with your pet if they become lost.

Eligibility Requirements

• Must live within the City of Selma
• One pet per household
• Dogs must be on a leash
• Cats must be in a carrier
• Pets must be at least four months old

What to Bring

• Valid California identification showing a City of Selma address
• Current vaccination records for rabies and DAPP, if available
• Spay or neuter certificate, if available

Microchips are limited, so mark your calendar and arrive early.
