Highland and Rose Avenue Improvement Project
Phase I involves widening the southbound Highland Ave. The outer southbound lane will be closed from Floral Ave through Rose Ave.
Phase II will include the construction of the Center median. The center turn lane and the inner lane for each direction of traffic will be closed. The lane closure will be set from Floral Avenue through Rose Avenue.
The entire project is scheduled to be completed within 30 days.
